Karachi May 29 2022: All market participants are hereby informed that the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Karachi vide its Order dated May 26, 2022 has suspended the notice of Pakistan Stock Exchange regarding the suspension of AZEE securities trading terminal till the next date of hearing.
Therefore, in compliance with the decision of the Honorable High Court of Sindh, PSX has restored the trading terminals of AZEE with immediate effect.
Earlier on May 24, 2022, the trading terminals of Azee Securities (Private) Limited (“AZEE”) were suspended due to its severe non compliances including its inability to meet the fiduciary obligation towards customers and failure to remove the continuous shortfall in its clients’ funds.
