Islamabad August 16 2023: Government of Pakistan increase prices of Petrol and Diesel by PKR 17.50 per liter and PKR 20.0 per liter , according to the notification issued by ministry of finance.
After this increase, the price of Petrol will be PKR 290.45 per liter and that of HSD will be PKR 293.40 per liter, according to finance ministry notification.
The increase in prices will be implemented from 16th August 2023, the notification said.
Petroleum prices in the international market have increased during the last fortnight. As a result, consumer prices in Pakistan are also revised up.
