Karachi November 4 2021: Pakistan State Oil, government-owned fuel retailer, received offers for its tender to buy gasoline and high- and low-sulphur fuel oil in December, according notices on the company website.
For HSFO, BB Energy and Gunvor offered at the lowest premiums to a Middle East benchmark, at $53.87/ton and $55.55/ton, respectively.
