Qatar November 11, 2022: The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ will be played from 20 November to 18 December in Qatar. It will be the 22nd edition of the competition, and the first played in the Arab world. 

Here is everything you need to know about the tournament with full details on the teams, groups, fixtures, stadiums, ticketing and more.

Qatar 2022 match schedule

The 64 matches will take place across eight venues: Al Bayt Stadium Khalifa International Stadium Al Thumama Stadium Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium Lusail Stadium Stadium 974 Education City Stadium Al Janoub Stadium


Qatar 2022 squads

Whereas FIFA World Cup squads were previously comprised of 23 players, each country will take 26 to Qatar 2022. Teams must submit their squads to FIFA by 14 November. Some have already released theirs:
