The Company (Ghani Global Holdings Limited) announced to enter into JV agreement for setting up of manufacturing facility, sales and marketing of technology solutions in Pakistan along with the JV Partner M/s Kilowatt Labs Inc. USA by subsidiary of the Company named Kilowatt Labs Technologies Limited. It was further announced that initially the Company will enter into import products/ solutions from UAE plant for sales, marketing and after sales services activities till the completion of the requisite manufacturing facility in Pakistan.
In this respect, we are pleased to inform you that after receipt of 1′ import consignment of Energy Storage Devices/ Equipment, the Company (Ghani Global Holdings Limited) has commenced the trading activities of the said devices/ equipment in Pakistan. Alhamdulillah, first sale order of the Energy Storage Devices has placed by the customer along with advance payment.
