Karachi June 18 2025: Textile Hub B.V., an Associate Company of Interloop Limited, has acquired the Bonnie Doom brand, according to company filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Interloop share price surge 83 paisa or 1.32 percent (PST 11:20) in today’s trading at PSX.
“We are pleased to inform that Textile Hub B.V., an Associate Company of Interloop Limited, has acquired the Bonnie Doom brand, an established and reputable legwear label, from Bonnie Doom B.V” states company notification.
“This acquisition encompasses the global trademarks for the brand Bonnie Doon®, along with associated inventory and e-commerce infrastructure” it added.
