Islamabad May 11 2023: Internet service is still affected in Pakistan and social media platform including Twitter, Facebook and YouTube services are also disrupted.
In this regard, the application against disruption of internet service and social media platforms has been fixed for hearing in Lahore High Court. Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh of Lahore High Court will hear the petition filed by Advocate Abuzar Salman Niazi.
On the other hand, according to NetBlocks, an international organization that monitors Internet service, there is still a disruption in Internet service in most areas of Pakistan and users are not able to freely use the services of other social media platforms including Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.
It should be noted that after the arrest of Imran Khan on Tuesday, the government slowed down the internet service.
Mobile data and 3G 4G services are still affected in the country.
