Karachi August 18 2022: Administration of Karachi, which is the largest metropolitan city of Pakistan, has imposed complete ban on production as well usage of plastic bags in its jurisdiction.
Muhammad Iqbal Memon, Commissioner Karachi Division, impose complete ban on manufacturing, sale, purchase and use of plastic bags/ polythene bags for a period of two months with effect form 18th August 2022 through the letter issued form his office.
