Karachi June 9 2023: Interloop Limited (Pakistan) Limited (ILP) announced interim dividend of PKR 3 per share and bonus share of 50 percent, according to company filing to the exchange.
Company share prices move up PKR 2.0 percent or 3.91 percent at Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Company announced an interim dividend for the year ended June 30,2023 at PKR 3 per share of Rs 10.0 each e.g 30% and interim bonus shares in the proportion of one share for every two share held i.e. 50%. The above entitlement will be paid to shareholders whose name will appear in the Register of numbers on June 16, 2023.
