PSX Restores Trading in 13 Companies Including AMTEX and Deewan Group Companies due to Change in Regulations

Karachi May 31 2024: Pakistan Stock Exchange restore trading in the shares of thirteen (13) Companies pursuant to amendments made in relevant clauses of PSX Regulations.

In this regard, it is hereby informed to all concerned that trading in the shares of following thirteen (13) Companies shall be restored with effect from June 03, 2024, pursuant to amendments made in Chapter 5 of PSX Regulations in relation to revamping of the Defaulters’ Segment.

These Companies shall remain quoted in the Defaulters’ Segment, to be renamed as Non-Compliant (“NC”) Segment or Winding-up (“WU”) Segment, as the case may be, under the relevant clauses of the PSX Regulations as stated against each:

It may be noted that the Companies listed from serial No. 4 to 13 shall continue to be quoted in the Defaulters’ Segment (to be renamed as Non-Compliant (“NC”) Segment or Winding-up (“WU”) Segment) as the case may be, along with flagging of Risk Warning Alert as required under PSX Regulation 5.11.3.
