Karachi November 10 2022: Pakistan Stock Exchange informed that three securities brokers have failed to submit their annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30 2022 despite lapse of seven days notice period .
These houses include Inveslink Capital (Pvt) Limited, MSD Capital Equities (Pvt) Limited and SMAC Investments (Pvt) Limited.
Consequently, in compliance with regulation 4.26 of Regulations, PSX has restricted the trading facility of the aforementioned securities brokers with immediate effect until further notice.
These brokers shall only be allowed to close out their positions in a controlled environment.
