Karachi June 18 2025: Toyota Corporation and Diamler Trucks to become ultimate owners of Hino Pakistan after definitive agreement reached for integration between Hino and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation.
Hino Pakistan informed that a Definitive Agreement has been reached concerning the integration of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) and Hino Motors Ltd. (Hino) – the parent company.
Under this agreement, a new publicly listed holding company will be established, which will hold 100% ownership of both MFTBC and Hino. Daimler Truck and Toyota Motor Corporation are expected to hold equal ownership stakes in the new holding entity, excluding shares that will be issued to the public as part of its listing.
