Lahore April 1 2022: Treet Holdings Limited — a wholly owned subsidiary of Treet Corporation Limited (the Company), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an interested party to manufacture, sale, market and supply of Electric Motor Cycles, as per filling to the exchange.

Subsequent to signing of the above referred MoU and fulfilment of certain formalities, the Parties shall enter into a definitive and detailed License Agreement pertaining to the understating contemplated in the MoU. The shareholders of the Company will be intimated as and when the License Agreement is executed.
